Accomplish Multi Academy Trust

Accomplish Multi Academy Trust was founded on a strong and proven foundation, inspired by the exceptional success of Jerry Clay Academy—a National Support School and home to a highly regarded English Hub. Building on this legacy, Accomplish was established to extend excellence, collaboration, and opportunity to more schools and communities.

Since its formation in October 2023, under the leadership of Tracy Swinburne OBE and a dedicated Board of Trustees, Accomplish MAT has grown into a thriving and ambitious trust. Over the past two years, we have worked collectively to strengthen school improvement, develop professional expertise, and create enriching experiences that positively impact the lives of children across our community.

At the heart of Accomplish is a shared belief: every child deserves access to an exceptional education. This means not only a strong academic foundation, but also a rich and varied curriculum that nurtures confidence, character, and aspiration.
